The Granite Wash reservoirs are a target of many operators in the Mid-Continent.This reservoir has yielded huge rates and reserves.At our February 24th luncheon, John Mitchell with SM Energy will be making a presentation on "Horizontal Drilling of Deep Granite Wash Reservoirs in the Anadarko Basin of Oklahoma and Texas".We expect a large crowd, so get your reservations in early. The Mid-Continent Section, this school year, will give out $93,000 in scholarships to 31 students.This is a huge contribution that our section donates that is unlike other SPE Sections. However, I want to make you aware of another scholarship awarded by SPE International.
